That was so sweet! I remember when my hamster died, I felt exactly the same. Its so sad when something that close to you disappears.

Not bad at all for an eighth grade essay!

I liked the details in the this essay, because they really brought the pet shop, for example, to life. Nicely done.

I also liked the emotional inside connected to Sparky; that was lovely and sincere.
