Well, I'm not religious, but even I can realize that this is very nicely done. I can tell that it comes straight from your heart and your faith, and it shows true gratitude for your life and this day.

This could just be because I'm not religious, but my suggestion would be to mention your family and loved ones, because to me at least that's a big part of Thanksgiving. Don't let me intrude to much upon this, though.
