This is an awesome chapter. Its good to see a different side of these characters, and how things might have worked out. Lots of Renate in Cabal, its easy to see that already! Definitely go forward with this!

Yipes! A creepy side of Cabal. That was pretty freaky, chica. Even though I knew where you where going, the atmosphere was very freaky at the end of the chapter. Nice job!

Very very cool. You should really continue on this story it holds much promise. Cabal is a rather interesting character to say the least and is a perfect person to start a line of stories about. You have not only my gratitude for writing this story but also my admiration. Keep up the good work.

This definitely didn't end the way I thought it would, you ended it much better than I thought it would be, so way to go! You did a great job making Greg a sympathetic character, and bringing Cabal into the story in such a small amount of time. If you do decide to incorporate this into your stories, it will definitely fit in nicely!

Very neat. I think this is one of my favorites at your one-shots; it starts out with a bang and then wraps up quite satisfactorily at the end. Poor Greg. He was an interesting fellow, though - I especially like his geekiness and how he managed to get through this ordeal sane because of it (in a way). No jock would have worked so well with a man like Cabal!

Lovely descriptions (so much sensory, even in the beginning when Greg couldn't see), great action, and very real dialogue all made this enjoyable to read. Nicely done!
