I personally think whether you use a divider or not it'll be alright. I do like the without-divider idea better though.

I think you should leave the part where Dan grabs Bekah's shoulders and where she wakes up, I mean, it was good for the sudden contrast between that and Bekah coming back reality. I don't know if it was just me and my Einstein intelligence (pfft. yeah, right) but I understood it and liked it. But I think you need to go with what you feel is better. It's your choice here.

Hey again! So, I had a look through the chapter and it all came together nicely, I thought. The addition of the notebook and the continued references to alcohol work here and will pull out well into the second story. As for the divider, well, I don't think it's necessary. The way it is now, is almost like it's inside her head as she's lying there on her bed, but then she stops herself before she reaches the most painful part. So yeah, leave the divider out.

I think this was by far one of my favorite chapters! So worth the wait, (in fact I was just thinking the other day to send you a PM, but decided to be patient instead LOL). This was so beautifully written, I could actually feel & picture what was happening as I read it. That one time, though, it was a little confusing and I had to re-read that part just to make sure I knew what was going on. Your choice of songs...those were just great and added to the emotions very nicely.

Whether or not there should be a divider? I don't think putting one there would lessen the emotion or the mystery, but I think it would lessen the confusion.

Looking forward to the sequel!

So I just re-read this whole story. :) It is quite amazing, the way you paint the pictures between Dan and Rebekah... You are such a great writer and I feel almost addicted to their relationship and to see what happens next. I'm a Christian myself, and its so good to be able to read a story such as yours that shows some of the struggles that humans go through.

I think that its simply awesome that you write things that you can live with, instead of trying to please the masses. Its very inspiring!

You put in your last chapter that you are still working on it but i also read that you weren't going to continue with it anymore :( What are you actually going to do with this story? I PLEAD that you continue with it or many of your readers will be very sad especially me ;( This story has really touched me and your WRITING is just AMAZING! Hey, I've been meaning to talk to you about this. I have to say, I'm glad you've decided what you've decided. Last week, one of my other fave authors got plagiarised and took everything down. It really decided me, i have to say. I've finally decided NOT to put 'Long Road Home' up. I'll send chapters to you, of course, coz i trust you. And i have friends who have friends who will be able to read it and give me some feedback, which is really just what i wanted anyway: someone who didn't know the whole story to read it and tell me what's going through their minds.

Anyway, i hope i'm going to be one of those people who gets to see this private site of yours. We've come so far.

Also! I started a Livejournal yesterday, which i'm going to use as a blog for writing and fiction. You probably don't have one, but i've set it to public so everyone can see it.
