I find it kind of weird that Elvis had the conversation in front of Brett's friends. I could more easily have imagined that Elvis opened his mouth and Brett pulled him aside, then his friend followed and overheard. I just can't see Brett, as in the closet as he is, letting Elvis out him in front of the two people that he works the hardest to hide it from.

And I think the reconciliation with Quentin was rushed, especially after they hadn't seen each other in a week (a few weeks?) and the fact Elvis spoke about Brett the way he did.

But I liked the story.

I meant to review a few days ago, but I lost access to the internet. So,now that I have it back, I get to tell you how much I enjoyed this story (that's how well it stuck with me.) There's something about Elvis that's just so... appealing. I'm not sure if that's the word I want... but I just ended up falling for him, even as he transitions from throughout the story. This story is just so sweet and real in it's teenager-y-ness.

I got the perfect ending :) Oh..I've been searching this site for a story like this since I first joined. You are a great writer and I really really REALLY enjoyed this story. Not only is the plot really unique, but your grammar is excellent too.(A story with good grammar is hard to come by on the internet sometimes, ya know?) Anyways thanks for a GREAT read and now...a new fav story! :)

I like your story, though this chapter somewhat confuses me. I'm pretty sure there weren't any mentions of Brett coming to Elvis's house before...? (And I'm also pretty sure that normally there's an 'eight' between 'seven' and 'nine' :D)
