I can relate to this so well!

Literary-wise, there is only a vague rhyme but the content is so good that obsessed as I am, I forgot about the rhyme completely. Short and concise, doesn't mention the problem and leaves room for imagination, which is I guess what makes it so relatable.

From a more general approach, I'd just like to say that things always get better. (So it's always wise to write things down before you lose the despondent state of mind!)

In other words: Loved it.
