simpleplan13 1/23/09 . chapter 1"my limbo is every thing about you"... everything "No matter how much I bath,"...bathe I love the line about the white flag. That was a really unique and interesting image. The way you described the limbo was a bit boring and not as good as I know you can write. I do like the bathing part though... that was interesting. |
burning in effigy 1/18/09 . chapter 1you've managed to create that flow that songs have, and the lyrics are meaningful (much better than some of the music on the radio these days) really liked: "No matter how much I fight,/I lose anyway… But/the white flag stains itself with red." really nice imagery. sad but symbolic very nice job on this! (and thank you for your reviews from a while ago) |
Natalie-Rayne 12/15/08 . chapter 1I really like the part "No matter how much I run, in the end I return here, this place I disklike." |
Eminie 12/11/08 . chapter 1Very poignant song, that's really true. It's part of life. |
The Reverse Edge Blade 12/9/08 . chapter 1I liked this song! It had a nice messge, and it was written with sentences that made it easy to pick a melody. The line "Wait, it's always dirtier" was a little hard to put into the melody, for it stood a little out with the "wait" part. But other than that, it flowed really well! A nice song! Keep at it! Erlkoenigin 12/9/08 . chapter 1A great poem! Reminds me of Dante. The repetitions are impressive. Limbo is the part of the part of hell, where the “good pagans” are staying, right? |
Isca 12/9/08 . chapter 1I liked the repetition of the words "I'm caught." It really gave the song a 'hopeless' tone that worked really well. |
