Lovely poem!

It's sort of like an endless cycle. I can relate to this. I do think grief would have been a better choice of word over sad, because joy and rage are emotions, while sad is more of a state of being. But I'm not one to get over technical about poetry.

"Sad" is not an emotion though, so it doesn't make sense in that line. But I like the ideas behind the poem.
