This chapter was kind of weird...Jackie is a bit too cliche for me. The only girl in the entire school they respect is sexy, slutty, and rich? I think you can do a bit better then that. Maybe add some more dimension to her, like a quirk or something. And her grammar is absolutely terrible *cough cough*. :)

Ryan's excuse, expected but not bad. I think it was stupid that everyone bought it, but hey...senior guys.

The entire breakfast scene seemed a bit unrealistic, but that could have just been because of the way it was narrated. This chapter was more telling then showing, which in this case didn't work. All four boys were straight out saying what they thought about everything, which people normally don;t do. I don't go around analyzing how normal my friend's families are on a regular basis. Maybe you should try to show the dynamics more then just write them. Call more on the way people interact rather then just telling the reader what to think.

Breakfast wise, I'm a vegetarian, so grilled cheese was my favorite. :)

haha love the drama revenge plots. cant wait to see what happens in that class (although i love drama but i can see why they'd think it a punishment) anywhoo love the whole ryan/maggie set up hope they end the pact at some point so they can be together... and grits ugh went to a camp in the south, forced to eat them, and HATED it. not the camp just the grits. anywhoo i want to see more of doug's mom cause she made me laugh =)

Oh, and it might be cause I'm super hyper/tired but this chapter soo cracked me up, you don't even know. I haven't laughed this hard at FP since I was up til 4 reading one time. So, kudos!

1. I didn't really think they'd fight, but it was a strange excuse.

2. You can eat grilled cheese for breakfast?! Why didn't anyone tell me!? Thats awesome!! And what the buck are grits?! Otherwise it was interesting, hhahha.

3. I think it was a good description,I kind of thought of that model of the thing from Accepted, you know? Or not? Damn my references that no one else gets.

4. Ohmigod, Jackie. Her descriptions of the guys and their reactions were the best part. Well, after Clay's "I DON'T LIKE THE DICK!" and "DRAMA?! HOW DID I GET IN ** DRAMA?!" So beyond hilairious. Ryan's "I'm orgasmic?" Is high up there too. :)

5. Mad confusing, sorry. Didn't really understand who had what when. But I'm excited for Doug's StudyHall!!

i didn't actually see it coming. i was rather shocked that everyone bought it, though :P good for clay, making the pronouncement to distract the masses.

2. The boys breakfast; did you like the choices? (grits, blueberry waffles, grilled cheese, and scrambled eggs)
everything sounds great except grilled cheese. who eats grilled cheese for breakfast?! that just seems weird to me :P but doug . . . is cute, so it works out

3. East Ville as a high school? Could you imagine it? (cause I had a hard time trying to put it in words)
i can imagine it. i'm thinking almost-but-not-really-kind-of-like the HSM school. only cooler, with hotter guys. and nobody's singing.

4. Jackie! What do you think about her? Cause in Shakespeare’s work Jackie’s actually a character (but I invented Holly)
i like her a lot. she's funny and interesting. would like to see her play a substantial role in later chapters too, k?

This chapter was fun! Interesting music, Holly's a **, Ryan's the hottest (musicians all the way!!), and YES! I was so surprised! I read it like four times, just trying to figure out if I really was going crazy or not. Does he like Maggie or something? I really can't remember...I just scanned the last chapter and don't think he does, but it's possible that I'm wrong.

ANYWAY! Update soon!! :) Holly is a very interesting character and I really can't wait to see why the fight is happening and what exactly caused it.

Also, just for the record, my pen name doesn't show up when you type it in FP chapters. You have to take the periods out, which totally kills the mojo and whatnot, but it works. :)
