It has an interesting tone and rhythm to it, which I like quite a lot, so good work there.

I think the idea of 'frustration' filling the air like the gas you describe is a bit difficult to link, at least in my mind. Perhaps it would be better to forgo the frustration part and say something like 'The air is full of a thick fog of poison gas and there is no wind from either direction', or perhaps edit the description a little more to make me imagine the air being frustrated in quality, without telling me that it is.

Anyway though, I think the idea of relating it to a weather report is really awesome and quite well done, so good work for that.
