"I'm abandoned in a way/with many ways" felt a bit confusing; perhaps the repeated use of the word way made it like that.

The line "and it tastes like the sky" is brilliantly elaborate, definitely one of the best lines throughout. The desperation and confusion fuels this poem's power, and although some lines feel a bit messy, this poem was full of strong imagery and excellent tone. Keep up the excellent work!
