what a lovely ending on the ice! Gabe definitely is the guy for Shannon, isn't he?

One thing I particularly like about these last few chapters is how the different character's personalities are coming into sharper relief. By the end, I've realized that Alex isn't the guy for Shannon, but Gabe is.

Gabe's story about the church in the field was very touching.

Aw, that was a really cute ending, It was interesting seeing Shannon grow spiritually and Gabe too at the end, I really enjoyed reading this and look forward to reading any future stories you decided to write, your story was inspiring to me, both spiritually and as an aspiring authoress.

AGH! the suspense! another great chapter btw...dialogue, flow...maybe a bit too brief about this competition with Liv

i have a sneaking suspicion that you hauled this dialogue straight from a Bible study with your folks- it's that genuine (with the youth of the participants included).
