This is very intense, I like the "(rinse and) Repeat," part because it had a sort of ad nauseum feel to it. Very...raw, overall, i would say, especially the "carved into me" part.

The length of this poem appeals to me - not long at all, but not so short that it doesn't contain enough to judge - as well as the way all the individual lines are of similar (but not too similar) length.

Wow, it's like the narrator has convinced him/herself that this is a process, and might as well just 'relapse' over and over again. I liked the way you conveyed that through the "3 R's."
