I really like how instinctual you come across here. There's something primal about "fingers twitching and jumping." The fact that the fingers are yearning to destroy interesting because of what you say they want to make bleed. While it's clear that some of this is self inflicted, it's also a cry out to others. It's a conflicting viewpoint that's sad, heartbreaking, and poignantly realistic. The last line sums it all up: "I'll take it all and more."
