*Hugs*

This is such a beautiful, tragic story. I admire your willingness to be so open about it. But you write with such tragic clarity that I can almost literally feel your pain. Of course, I'm mentally ill as well, so maybe that makes it easier to relate...

I would love love love it if you were to update this story, as it is so uncomfortably fantastic. However, I can understand if it is too hard to do so.

I find it so hard to believe that something like this could happen to one so young...only eleven...I don't extend pity, but empathy...I know what a stolen childhood feels like, but perhaps not to such an extreme extent as this.

I'm just glad to see that you have recovered from the state you were in as a sixth grader. I hope you have a full and happy rest of your life, because from just one chapter I can see that you have suffered enough.

Much love,

I'm absolutely taken by your autobiography. Though I haven't been through what you've experienced, I can somewhat relate.

Your parents chose to show their anger and humiliate you in front of your family. Mine chose to keep it a secret and cover up EVERYTHING including the rape by my cousin. I'm the embarrassment, the failure, the child that no one wants to talk about. I'm not sure what I'd rather take: Feigned ignorance or, in your case, complete hate but at least acknowledging it.
