this is fantastically wonderful(ly sad). i dunno what you were talking about, this being bad. it lends a sense of detachment to the reader.
i think the color of contentment could be yellow.

I admit that I'm not a fan of 3rd POV stories. But this was so well scripted and articulated, so much so that I was compelled to continue reading without pause. This is perfection at its best. The lines were mysterious and intriguing, making readers think for themselves to piece together what's really going on. Well, I thought it was superb overall. Great work! ;)
