Interesting piece. I've been in these kinds of situations before, too, though sometimes I just like to get out and drink and dance and not think too much about anything. I liked all the little details you added that made me feel like I was reading a diary entry of yours. Very nice. And I'm wondering who the writer is who inspired you, just because I'm nosy like that.
