Isca 2009-05-02 . chapter 1"Heads twisted in a grotesque way." Such chilling and vivid imagery!
"It's my fault they're all dead." Oh, the tone of this line is phenomenal; it's well-positioned--adding the perfect sense of horror and mystery to the atmosphere.
"And the blood is everywhere." Striking! Again, excellent tone here--so wicked and macabre!
"And I was falling, falling, floating in an endless void." Was it all a dream? But, that's the point, we're not supposed to know, and I'm glad you left it up to the reader to decide what really happens in the end.
