I think this is beautiful, honestly, especially because the last paragraph instills such a great amount of hope in the reader. Yes, we all have our personal issues, but we can get through them. I just thought it was a nice change, for a slightly angsty poem to have a happy ending -- and happy endings do exist.
My only issue was with the rhythm, which I thought was awkward at times, but it's all good. Nothing that continuing to write won't help.
