"An idealistic tragedy." I can relate.
"Because the names have worn away and been forgotten." This is so sad! It's honest, though, and I admire that because it suggests that in the future no one will remember who we were, so essentially, we're just 'dust over gravestones.'
The sixth stanza's diction is particularly incredible.
"Life is slipping out of living." OH MY GOD! WOW! What a mind-blowing final line! :D
