I love this story to death

Just so people know, Grimalkin is a creature of myth-even if I found it to be a little obscure-it was known as a "faery cat", and the name was often mixed in with magic and witches.

There is also a tale on how a Grimalkin's human owner fell in love with her, and how the owner prayed and prayed to Venus to turn her into a woman, which the goddess finally granted.

So yeah.

I've never heard of a grimalkin before, but I like how you've used it here. I especially like how Tristan sounds like a real person despite being a Hellhound and the prescence of a world of non-normals is obvious even if the story isn't exactly set there.
