You some really strong words in this. I don't really know sometimes how to figure out what about the poem or story is good. Metallic taste on my lips is a very strong part of this poem I like this poem a lot. When you review my stuff please tell me what I can fix to make more people want to review it.

"Poisonous bile burning holes in my mouth." Your writing here is particularly good. Nice descriptive wording.

"Words, I'm holding them in for you." Beautiful! :)

"Teeth like leeches." This line is very creative and chilling.

"Contorted." Nice diction.

"Can't silence me anymore." Haunting!
