This was kind of sad, but what he did he expect? I thought you displayed the emotions well. I felt his anguish when her husband and child arrived on the scene. I don't know if I would be interested in the background, I think you provided enough to get the gist of it--he was stupid, lol Although I would probably read it if you do post it. I am curious to see what was going through her mind when she saw him.
