To me this seem like a bad atempt at copying Twilight. Only Bella's turned rude, prejudice, spiteful, otaku, self-piteous and punk, and Edward is Japanese and can read Bella's mind after all. What the heck?

You've managed to bring in gay guys who help with styling, the parent who favourizes, the nosy mom, the child who hates the parents, the mean brother, the over-protective brother, the good brother, all types of labels like cheerleaders and geeks as well as the goths,the dumb cheerleader, witless sarcasm and you've pretty much made all of them one dimensional and cliche.

I think you'd do well without the labels.
It just makes fun of the cheerleaders and the goths. Labels are dumb, most teen comedies are there only to make fun of them.
And making them live in certain areas too: wtf?
You should also remember that in the real world everyone are people who think they're right, and when you view it like you do it seems like some people are bad and some are good.

You probably could do well without the Japanese ethnic too, since you haven't brought attention on any other ethnic that people might have, and that are far more possible, like African or Chinese, and then bringing it into light that he's Japanese makes the story seem all too much like your own little fantasy.

And you absolutely need some sort of reason why he'd fall in love with her, there is no relationship building here. If they'd been best friends from before it would work, but this way it's completely unrealistic. I'm sooner to believe in the mind readin part, in dragons and werewolfs than I am to believe they are in love.
To bring a new relationship into the story, and not have any reason for it to take shape isn't any good.

I'd like to say something good, but as I'm aware it's supposed to be "Boku wa Yomi desu." and "Watashi wa Lacy."
