That's actually really touching, especially the bit in italics. Wow, polly has emotions- didn't see that one coming :P XD

I realy love this story as it has alot of emotion.

I really like your narration. It's really smooth and seems to flow. There were a few things that felt a bit rushed, like the dailogue between the two friends, but nothing else. There was also a small lack of description, which could've made the chapter great.

This is an interesting beginning to a story. Though the preface does exactly what it's supposed to and catches the readers attention, it seems to pack a serioud punch to it as well.
