This is good, I liked the last line "Please say you'll remember that I ruined this."

I like the long lines. I think it adds to the strong, emotional tone of it. The speaker isn't hesitating to say what there is to be said, and it strikes me as a very honest, regretful, bittersweet piece. Nice.
