That was downright awesome. I unfortunately don't have anything to suggest to improve it, because it's pretty dang solid. It's even better seeing as how I can relate to this completely. Ah, the days when I thought about stealing money for comics. I was so silly back then.

I love this story! The kids in it are very, very real. I like every thing about this: it's well rounded, it has a meaning, it's fully developed, The Killing Joke is the focus. It's just good stuff all around. Great work on this. It should definitely be published in the lit mag!
