Sotomura Kichisaburo, a man in his early fifties with a clean cut face and unfathomable demeanor who was the Chief of Security to the Prime Minister of Japan directly spoke as soon as he saw the documents containing the personal data of an ex-military sniper who now worked for a secret international anti-crime organization known as InDeCo or International Defense Confederation.

How come this sounded like a run-on? Maybe I'm wrong, but I felt out of breath when I read this to myself and from what I remember that's not a good thing.

So far your story sounds interesting. For some reason I'm worried about your main female character, maybe because she's getting kinda close to the Mary Sue border, hopefully that won't happen. I'm not going to judge it too soon, since it was only the prologue and first chapter, so I'll continue to read.
