Faithless Juliet 2009-04-26 . chapter 1It's got a journalistic, diary-like quality to it. I could sense your frustration regarding your lack of creative inspiration. It's hard to be a writer, I wish they told us that before we started down this road...
anyway, keep up the good work.
Much love,

Katie Nicole 2009-03-24 . chapter 1Interesting that you set out to create poetry and wound up creating something just as interesting (if not more) by simply writing down your thoughts.
When done the wrong way, scribbled thoughts can be boring - but this was almost poetic in the way that it flowed. So maybe, in a way, you did succeed. I like feeling like I was let into your mind, in tune to what you were thinking. I love the way you describe your handwriting as insect legs, and the honest way in which you tell how you feel when you see your old lover's name in your writing.
The last line is perhaps the most elusive. It makes me wonder if I have any idea what you're saying or if I'm totally off-base ... either way, it makes sense that it would get more confusing the sleepier you became.
This is really beautiful, whether you realize it or not.
