You know, it's 3:37 AM here for me, and I'm quietly tapping away on my keyboard, making sure not to wake anyone up.

I made this whole list on the stories I was going to review on first thing in the morning, but I couldn't resist on writing one right now. You see, I have a job interview tomorrow morning, and instead of face-planting on my bed like I should, I've been continuously reading fluffy one-shots one after another to calm my nerves. (Sorry for writing out my life story in this review, hahaha.) Yours made me ache inside with the happiness for Michael and Kat. (Is that weird, talking about characters that are figments of your imagination as if they're real?) Anyways, just thought I'd send kudos your way, and I'll most definitely be reading your other stories.

The detail that you use is extraordinary. It is described so perfectly that it feels as though you are there in the story. You did a great job and I admire your style of writing. Reading that was better then eating a warm, gooey chocolate brownie, and that is saying something.

You really have a knack for one shots, and they are very believable and realistic. I find myself falling in love with your characters. They are well written cliches wiht a twist. Amazing.

Seriously, this was awesome. Not too long, not too short. Not very clear WHY the hell they wanted to play "nervous, yet" but I think maybe it's because best friends do stuff like that. Really good. I loved this story, especially Michael's character. There's something very attrastive and fun and crazy about that guy. Something that makes me want to hug a fictional character.

It seems like such a simple plot idea and everything... but it's also really original at the same time...
I actually laughed out loud (in a good way, not an 'I'm-making-fun-of-you-for-writing-that!' way) at the part where Michael confessed that he's liked her since third grade! That's saying something, cuz I have this super weird sense of humor when I read.
Anyways, I obviously really liked this one-shot, and I love your writing style and technique! :D
