I am not sure if its just one letter wrong, or did I just not read it correctly.
Other than that, I think its fine. I heard that the shoes on a wire are supposed to mark rival gangs territory. I have never heard it from any one except law enforcement. I discovered they don't always know what they are talking about.
So the mystery remains: what the hell are the shoes up there for? Who put them there and why?
