Hm, I don't exactly get the full meaning of this Haiku, but I love the word choice & the serenity & imagery put into this piece. Lovely Work!

"teardrops ebbed" - beautiful.

I like the personification. The haiku has a feeling of hopefulness in it.

Very pretty. I had to read it twice to figure out how the title matched up with the haiku, but after I got it, I really liked it. You've made good use of personification and imagery here.
