The punctuation was off here. Each stanza is not one sentence, some are more than once sentence. You're also missing some commas.

"birds sing happy songs"... happy seemed like such a cliched word

"Water flow’s across our land"... flows

Really nice piece. The rhyming works well and the picture it creates of the world is really nice.

It's very promising like it conveys the continuous blessings even for the future. It engulfed the feeling of thankfulness to God-the very one who created everything.
