"And I said, 'I'm sorry. I don't have the same feeling anymore...'"
Oh! Sad! But still a very good and creative piece. A brief correction (more personal preference though...): in both the 3rd to last line and 2nd to last line you used the word confession. It would sound fine if it emphasized something, but it doesn't feel like it does. I would switch the second one to a different word. Again, that's just my personal preference. This is a good poem, I liked the original caramel milk tea comparison.

I really liked the consept (however you spell that! lol) of the poem, the "caramel milk tea" was... well I can't think of the right word.
I wanna say "sweet" but that doesn't sound right.
Oh well.
Try (if you don't already) reading over your work before posting it. This will reduce some of the mistakes you wouldn't have seen otherwise.
It helps improve your writing too.
I have to read over mine up to ten times before I'm positive I have it down how I want it. Even then I find stuff I want to fix.
Anyway: "the only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing" (John Russel)

I loved the metaphor of love and tea. It was something different and it gave the poem depth.

Some of the phrases could use some work. Like "I love you a lot". Why not try to be a little more subtle? Like instead try to convey the feeling of love through action (heart rate, blurry vision etc...)

Also, it might help the poem if instead of "telling" of the bittersweet love, "show" the bittersweet love. Like how did he/she feel? How his/her perception of the world change? These can be very important and they can help give the poem depth.

Keep Writing!
