I liked the "Can't" section the best. Everythin flowed and rhymed well, although you're right, the "You" section didn't seem to flow as well as the others. Maybe make it a bit longer?

This is beautifully written, as always, and brilliantly expressive. I love the line "Stir my inner feelings up just because you can,"
