I liked it. His friends' teasing was friendly and I only thought, 'ouch, what a low blow' once. I could see how his behavior towards Chase was really over the top in their eyes, although to Alexis it is all very rational.

You changed it... I think I like this one better but it doesn't fit it entirely, not just yet. It was an interesting chappy to say the least. Chase is a bit of a perv though, no?

I just love Alexis more and more! And the germ phobia and any other phobia he has up his sleeve. I loved the showering scene(nope, not a pervert *shifty eyes*) and his helpless tries to ignore the grime and whatnot. heh heh He's a bigger girl than Latoya! And he makes it look cute! And that's just not fair, damnit. He definitely needs Chase to give him more manliness than--reads the 'script'--or not... Oh well, even if he gets girlier than he is, I'll still love him. He's just so fresh, like a breath of fresh air in all the stories floating around the cyber space...No matter how cheesy that sounds. And I can't wait to see if Chase is really a murdering rapist *gasps* or not ;) I hope to see much more of Chase and his...guitar? ^-^

Whoa, paranoia much? i don't think I'll ever touch cheese fries again(at least not today). But that's beside the point. I have to say that i don't quite get much yet, but it is only the beginning of the story. I'll be reading more so DON'T WORRY. i think i'm on the verge of being your 'dedicated fan' =)

Latoya and Cameron know what Alexis is like, they shouldn't complain so much. They have to know it won't do any good.

I'm glad Chase showed up. Maybe Alexis will want to change his habits now, but if Chase joins the complaining chorus, Alexis might get even more defensive and stubborn. Maybe Chase will have eloquent facial expressions.

This paragraph: '“You wanted the bed.” I slap my forehead.' sounds like Alexis said the quote, but it was Cameron, wasn't it? Maybe if the quote was attached to the preceding sentence...?

I look forward to seeing how Alexis changes, but I'm not expecting miracles any time soon.

Okay. I guess Alexis' got OCD or something, but you write it.. oddly. Not bad, just different than most other writers. Great chapter, Chase seems awesome.
