You have a real talent with words! Very quickly in here you give a sense of a whole other world -- witches are oppressed, Preistesses are honored, and rules are strict and harsh. And Willow and Dandelion are fleshed out really quickly: it's like, you start the story and by the end of the first three paragraphs we know your characters' personalities! I really like this -- keep writing -- well done!
