This is good! The rhythm is lovely, the descriptions original. My favorite stanza is the third - very nicely worded. I love the way you refer to blood as red/crimson tears.

"I can show what's here inside: a monster." This line is so striking and sad-allowing the reader to gain access to the very depths of the speaker's inner-turmoil.

"For to feel love is to feel pain." This emotional-binary does seem to enjoy each other's company, unfortunately.

"I put a bullet in my head." Devastating!

I loved the ending-death is freedom? Thought-provoking!

I liked this very much, it was concise and to the point. The only thing that I did not really like was the wording of 'from out my vein/from out my eyes'.

Wow...that was very intense. It made you feel so many things at once, which is hard to do. So congrates! really enjoyed this if you didnt already guess that...)
