i agree with you. fictionpress is getting more and more ridiculous these days. though the 403 problem is gone, it seems to have been replaced with the "search engine is down" predicament--something it is still to get out of.

What exactly is the point of these 403 Forbidden screens? I cannot fathom them at all, and they seem to exist only to deter people from reading fiction press stories.

It is by now blatantly obvious that FP community is being outrageously ignored and our good will and patience- absolutely and viciously overstrained. Yes! I don't know why it does it, and it always loads properly the second or third time, but it's so annoying! Do you know why it does this? Or how to fix it? It's my new pet peeve.

I knew it wasn't just my computer, because I have like 5 computers at my house, and all of them had the same problem. I hope FictionPress can get this fixed...

Pff...what IS it with the 403 errors? Some sort of mirror that's not available anymore? Also, the bigger irony is that I got a 403 trying to access this! Took me three tries.
