I know I'm a little late (almost two years to be precise) to this story's party, but I loved this so much I HAD to leave a review. There are a bunch of incredible images you've portrayed in this poem-I can see it all in my (probably quite deranged) mind so well.

I love how you've used butterflies to write about death. Angain lovely, dark imagery here. For me, the fairies are the murders. Creeping through a wasteland in the cover of night, hunting for the pretty little patterns on butterfly wings. 'Dressed to kil"; 'killed to dress'. And the rest of the poem, the imagery you present adds to the dark atmosphere...which is why I said wasteland. I also loved your style of writing. Good job!
