Very, very dark. But you have a nice flair for poetry-definitely your own I have no idea what book this is from, but the poems can stand on their own, so good job!

I agree, it does sound like Ellen Hopkins. I like the way you wrote it, though, it's almost like something she would write, and she's amazing, therefore you are too :P haha.

This sounds like Burned, or at least some book by Ellen Hopkins. I might be totally wrong, but stylistically it certainly feels like this.

As for the poem itself, it's certainly very good.
