The line "Painted a new face on" is quite eye-catching and has some really good imagery associated with it.

The final line of the poem is also good; it pulls it all together and doesn't leave it open ended.

I liked the way in which you suggested that many girls hide their true emotions behind masks, such as make-up, in order to prevent others from suspecting that they're, in fact, no okay.
