The conversation between Mairi and Elise flows so well, it was like I was sitting right there! Ooh, I liked this chapter. Finally, we're learning something about Ellie's past life. I actually never considered what happened to her father, but now that I know about it, I feel so sad for him because he still loved their mom so much. Aww. :( Poor guy.

I could imagine this being a book already. It's so well written. It's very intriguing. I can't find any flaws with it. It's descriptive and leaves you wanting for more. Good luck in getting this published. I hope to see it at a shelf in a bookstore some day so that i could buy it.

The ending of this chapter was so sad. So much emotion going on. I like the conversation between Mairi and Elise.

Anyway, AWESOME chapter! Everything was dripping with awesomeness, seriously. You'd think Mairi wouldn't be able to change moods so quickly from being a bit softened but, man, she went back to her hate act. And that guy... was that her brother? Whoever he was, he's a creep. He thinks Elise looked familiar... could it be someone from the mall with Candice/ or maybe the guy that raped/assaulted Elise? D: The last line was perfect-"he's nobody". A.

But then I heard her voice, low was grim.

I was wondering what Mairi's house would be like that, and the home environment you created was pretty much how I imagined it would be.

I like getting to know Mairi. In some ways, she's so complex. It's interesting to see a little bit of her mask peeled back every chapter she's been in.

Well, minus whatever changes, the chapter was good as usual. I like that it ended with Mairi in a cold, painfully mysterious way. The descriptions were really good and now I suppose I have to go fan girl-ish and say, "Can't wait for the update!" Because seriously, I love this story XD
