Holy cow! This piece was so chilling and haunting!

"The girl was right beside me." I mean, really, I just about peed my pants. The girls 'little smile' is what's most haunting about the imagery of her standing beside the speaker--it's like she's happy that she's going to hurt someone.

I don't even know what to say about the second section. I'm speechless. It's absolutely terrifying. The blood dripping...the mother's heart beat...the mother's voice...someone died, surely, and the reader is left to believe that the 'ghostly girl' killed the mother and then possessed her body.
