"My insides are still moist." Ahahaha! I love this line. The transition from the harsh 'bowel' imagery to the 'moist' insides was almost like switching from talking about cannibalism to talking about baking cakes. That's pretty cool. :)

Wickedly delightful little lesson of anatomy. I feel, however, that an addition of a comparison to, say, love, that can also become cumbersome on your system but you nevertheless feel obliged to perpetuate, would give the piece a considerable boost of depth, gusto and conceit.
