I loved your story and would love to read it further in the format of a diary. Sort of an "Ann Frank" style novel. I think the daily thoughts and feelings of this character with her unique perspective would be fascinating to read. Especially as she sees other orphans being adopted, leaving the orphanage and explores how that effects her emotionally and her life perspective. Good job, keep writing!
