Absolutely lovely work! Blythe is such a gorgeous name, perfect for a malicious little child-blooddrinker. Your use of imagery and repetition of the time only adds to the aura of mystery and fear. A true horror story!

Huh... I really want to know why Cassandra was in the church. I mean, she was obviously prepared to kill a vampire, but didn't seem like she had gone there for that purpose specifically. I like the whole church aspect. I'm glad someone has noticed the obvious vampiristic qualities of communion. Very nice!
