 Aurora Corona 2009-07-07 . chapter 1Wowowow.
I am all but familiar with the feeling of guilt :D
Its amazing. There are so many poetic techniques which I can identify but cannot name! The deer metaphor was very clever of you :)
Oh and I just breezed by your profile, and I saw you mentioned Philip Pullman as your favorite author. He just so happens to be mine too (as of today)! I finished the three books in the last four days and I was enraptured by the brilliance of his writing! It was so sad in the end when Will and Lyra had to part. Omg. The TWISTS (as you happen to love :P) were countless. I got so confused about Mrs Coulter, I kept on wondering whether she was a good or bad person, but then I had concluded that she was good when she sacrificed her life (along with Lord Asriel's, another shocker!) for their daughter. Zomgzz. Also, when Balthamos abandoned Will in the fight, but then later on returned to kill Lyra's would-be assassin. That was truly marvellous (although I do wonder whether Pullman is an atheist. He seemed quite like a non-believer of Jesus Christ)
OH AND THE BEAR! I loved the armored bear king. Iorek BRyonesin (sp?) He's SO loveable and brave!

The Postscript 2009-07-06 . chapter 1Witty and well written. I also love how you don't exhaust the subject, which might be easy for one to do. It just presents an idea and leaves it in the readers hands to mold at their will. Creative, imaginative, wise. At first glance, I underestimate this poem; the more I read it, the more I appreciate it. Wonderful work. Keep writing, k. |
