Okay the last chapter was hot. This one is off the charts. Not everyone can write a sex scene. You've done a good job here depicting both of their innocence.

Rick talking to Pete's mom is really cool. He's not shy or embarrassed. And now he knows what he wants...

She is a bit odd. That's a lot of kids. I know the older kids help out, and the gripe about it sometimes. But I have to say, lots of kids around is more fun than just a few. You are guaranteed that someone will want to play with you. The pros and cons of big families are debatable.

Poppy is a good name, but I keep thinking of a flower that produces opiates. I feel for Rick, he's been waiting for this so long.

Wonderful friends that care, Pete is lucky. Avery is doing well, he didn't get too antsy or start to get into things. Zak seems a little high strung.

Call your mom Pete. At the rate things are moving with Rick, she needs to know ASAP. Other cultures aren't as forgiving as ours... that sounds awful, because so much of our society is not tolerant at all.

Pete has interesting friends. International, caring, sweet... I liked the intergenerational setting with Avery there.

This is the sad fate of many men. Ideally people would only marry and have kids if they totally loved each other and stayed in love. Lol, basically there needs to be more love in the world period.

I agree with Pete. The boys seem to need something. I'd fight for them if I were Rick. Pete's tying children to him is a wonderful thing. People don't realize the bonding that happens while wearing a child. Thank you for putting it in this story.

I'm sitting here laughing at Pete. I can imagine getting lost in the moment.

That is some heavy duty trust Pete is asking from Rick. I'd say he's proven himself up till now. For the stories sake, I'd say go ahead with it. We let complete strangers babysit our children all the time.

It's the details that make this story seem real. How much longer till bedtime?

I don't remember that book, sorry. But I was deprived of books as a little kid. For all of Pete's doubts last chapter, he is getting very attached to all four of them. Pete is a big band-aid for them.

That was fast, but then maybe I was reading it really fast! This is the prehoneymoon stage. All those nervous flutters Pete's having are scary.
