I liked this story, but I think that Loria would have gone one step further. I don't know that much about Medieval farm life, but it was by all accounts a pretty nasty, brutal, and short business. She would have said yes, after finding out that this nobleman was speaking the truth, and damned the consequences. Getting comparatively nice food, lots of cash, a luxurious house, the ability to keep your looks past about 20 years old, and so on, would be something that any medieval peasant would give their right arm for.

Still very good, though.

LOL I love this. I read limyaael (sp?) rants too, and this idea struck me as well, the whole not wanting your destiny thing, but I never could get enough story ideas to ever do anything with it. I'm looking forward to see what your story becomes, it's quite well written so far!
